Refund policy

RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, footwear items may be returned for a full refund, excluding any shipping charges, within 14 days of delivery. We suggest trying your new footwear indoors for a short time to ensure they are a perfect fit! Returned items can be shipped back to Wuerth Shoes and must be UNWORN, in the original, undamaged packaging, including the receipt.

Returns by Mail

Please contact our head office at info@wuerthshoes.ca to obtain a Return Authorization prior to mailing items back. Returned items will not be accepted without a Return Authorization. Further mailing instructions will be sent via email with your return authorization.

Please Note:
ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER, AND INITIAL SHIPPING COSTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

In-Store Returns

Footwear can be returned free of charge, in-store at any of our locations within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in the original, undamaged packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice, on mobile device or printed) must be shown when making an in-store return.
  • Please note: When returning a web purchase in-store, the returned items will be accepted in-store however the refund will be processed at our Head Office within 3 business days, via the original payment method.

 

Items cannot be returned or exchanged for a price adjustment.

Any original packaging, including shoe boxes that are damaged upon return will be subject to a $5 CDN replacement fee.

Items discounted 20% off or greater are FINAL SALE.

Handbags, socks, shoe care and accessories are all FINAL SALE.
