Wuerth Shoes ships orders via several couriers (Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator). With the potential of an upcoming Canada Post strike, we recommend shipping your order to an address that does not include a PO Box number.
When shipping your order via UPS or Purolator, we CANNOT ship to PO Boxes.
SHIPPING POLICY
Wuerth Shoes will only ship orders domestically, within Canada. At this time, we are unable to accept or ship international orders.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days from the date the order is placed. Wuerth Shoes will ship orders via a variety of couriers (Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator). Once your order has been shipped, you can expect delivery within 1–5 business days, depending on the courier and your location.
Please note that shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen courier delays. We will provide tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.
To ensure accurate delivery, it is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure the shipping address is entered correctly during the check-out process.

Ontario Shipping
- All orders over $99.95, being shipped within Ontario, are eligible for free shipping.
- All orders under $99.95, being shipped within Ontario, are subject to a $10.00 shipping charge.
Domestic – Out of Province
- All orders being shipped to British Columbia or Alberta are subject to a $20.00 shipping charge.
- All orders over $99.95, being shipped outside of Ontario (excluding BC & AB), are subject to a $10.00 shipping charge.
- All orders under $99.95, being shipped outside of Ontario (excluding BC & AB), are subject to a $20.00 shipping charge.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, footwear items may be returned for a full refund, excluding any shipping charges, within 14 days of delivery. We suggest trying your new footwear indoors for a short time to ensure they are a perfect fit! Returned items can be shipped back to Wuerth Shoes and must be UNWORN, in the original, undamaged packaging, including the receipt.
Returns by Mail
Footwear may be returned for a refund, excluding any shipping charges, within 14 days of delivery.
Please contact our head office at info@wuerthshoes.ca to obtain a Return Authorization prior to mailing items back. Returned items will not be accepted without a Return Authorization. Further mailing instructions will be sent via email with your return authorization.
Please Note:
ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER, AND INITIAL SHIPPING COSTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
In-Store Returns
Footwear can be returned free of charge, in-store at any of our locations within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in the original, undamaged packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice, on mobile device or printed) must be shown when making an in-store return.
- Please note: When returning a web purchase in-store, the returned items will be accepted in-store however the refund will be processed at our Head Office within 3 business days, via the original payment method.
Items cannot be returned or exchanged for a price adjustment.
Any original packaging, including shoe boxes that are damaged upon return will be subject to a $5 CDN replacement fee.

Handbags, socks, shoe care and accessories are all FINAL SALE.
