Shipping & Returns
Wuerth Shoes will only ship orders domestically, within Canada. At this time, we are unable to accept or ship international orders.
Wuerth Shoes will ship all items via Canada Post. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email providing the shipment’s tracking number. Please note that Canada Post is currently experiencing higher than normal delays.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure the shipping address is entered correctly during the check-out process.
Please inspect your order upon delivery, if there are any issues with the product, contact us immediately at email@example.com.
- All orders over $99.95, being shipped within Ontario, are eligible for free shipping.
- All orders under $99.95, being shipped within Ontario, are subject to a $10.00 shipping charge.
Domestic – Out of Province
- All orders over $99.95, being shipped outside of Ontario, are subject to a $10.00 shipping charge.
- All orders under $99.95, being shipped outside of Ontario, are subject to a $20.00 shipping charge.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, footwear items may be returned for a full refund, excluding any shipping charges, within 14 days of delivery. We suggest trying your new footwear indoors for a short time to ensure they are a perfect fit! Returned items can be shipped back to Wuerth Shoes and must be UNWORN, in the original, undamaged packaging, including the receipt.
Returns by Mail
Footwear may be returned for a refund, excluding any shipping charges, within 14 days of delivery.
Please contact our head office at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Authorization prior to mailing items back. Returned items will not be accepted without a Return Authorization. Further mailing instructions will be sent via email with your return authorization.
ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER, AND INITIAL SHIPPING COSTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
Footwear can be returned free of charge, in-store at any of our locations within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in the original, undamaged packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice, on mobile device or printed) must be shown when making an in-store return.
- Please note: When returning a web purchase in-store, the returned items will be accepted in-store however the refund will be processed at our Head Office within 3 business days, via the original payment method.
Items cannot be returned or exchanged for a price adjustment.
Any original packaging, including shoe boxes that are damaged upon return will be subject to a $5 CDN replacement fee.
Items discounted 20% off or greater are FINAL SALE.
Handbags, socks, shoe care and accessories are all FINAL SALE.
