In Store Purchase — Return & Exchange Policy

Regular-Priced Merchandise

Merchandise may be returned for exchange, refund or store credit within 14 days of purchase with receipt and original box or packaging.

Some exception apply. See store for details.

Sale Merchandise

Sorry, all clearance items bought in-store are a final sale.

Return & Exchange Details

For all returns or exchanges, items must not be worn or damaged and a valid proof of purchase is necessary.

Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law. All returned items that were purchased using a gift card will be refunded as merchandise credit back onto a gift card. Nice and simple.

Defective Merchandise

In case of a manufacturers defect, the product must be returned as soon as possible to any one of our locations. Proof of purchase will be necessary to see if the product qualifies for a specific manufacturer warranty period.
